Depression and anxiety
In general‚ about 1 out of every 6 adults have depression at some time in their life. Depression affects about 16 million adults every year around the world. Anyone can get depressed, and depression can happen at any age and in any type of person.
Many people who experience depression also have other mental health conditions. Anxiety disorders often go hand in hand with depression. People who have anxiety disorders struggle with intense and uncontrollable feelings of anxiety, fear, worry, and panic. These feelings can interfere with daily activities and may last for a long time.

DeleteI think the fact that some people never talk about how they feel or what ever they are going through causes depression and this has recently brought about a lot of people committing suicide.
ReplyDeleteAnd it's so scary how young adults commit suicide because of not being able to talk about things they're going through
DeleteSometimes people do not talk about it because they are afraid of being judged and that is what is draining the most
